Vocational Orientation for Beneficiaries with Refugee or Migration Background

Vocational orientation: Improvement of integration opportunities for employable beneficiaries receiving SGB II benefits from Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße with a refugee or migration background, through job-related language training, individual integration support, practical company experience, and gradual introduction to training, qualification, and employment. Support includes expanding language skills in a professional context, acquiring knowledge of the German training and labor market, developing career prospects, strengthening social and cultural orientation, reducing individual placement barriers, gaining practical experience in companies, and achieving sustainable integration into training, employment, or further support programs. Measurable goals include a placement rate of 25% into training or employment in the primary labor market, 40% into further measures, 60% into company internships, and a retention rate of 75% of participants until the regular end of the measure or until starting training, employment, or qualification. 15 places for participants are provided per lot.
