Competence Center for Labor Market Integration according to SGB II and SGB III

Competence Center: flexible, modular support service for the individual promotion of persons with and without placement barriers, aiming to foster activation, stabilization, and professional competence development, as well as integration into training, qualification, or social insurance-contributing employment. The holistic approach considers labor market-related, personal, social, and health aspects. The target group includes employable beneficiaries of SGB II benefits at Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße, such as long-term unemployed, single parents, persons with health impairments, persons with psychosocial problems, persons with a migration background (language level at least B1), and persons requiring qualification. 20 places for participants are provided per lot.
