IT infrastructure and IT systems: Upgrading of existing systems, their installation and commissioning, and service and operational support for 48 months with two extension options of 12 months each. The upgrade includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of server systems, PC clients for replacing existing systems, software and licenses for necessary updates and extensions, and network and security systems including required licenses. The framework agreement for maintenance, service, and operation covers the operation of all servers and server services, operational support for special systems, maintenance and service for all client systems, operation and maintenance of the peripheral IT owned by the foundation and associated components and software, and supplementary and replacement procurements.
