Procurement and Installation of Pre-Screening Sensors for M0 Motorway
Procurement and installation of pre-screening sensors for the M0 motorway: The service includes the supply and commissioning of sensors, including installation and calibration. Installation will take place at two locations on the M0 motorway: between Main Road 6 and Deák Ferenc Bridge (right lane, km 14+336) and between Ráckevei Duna-ág Bridge and Csepel rest area (left lane, km 20+050). Tasks include the installation, calibration, and commissioning of HSWIM weight sensors embedded in the pavement, covering the full cross-section per direction and location (operational/collector-distributor, lane 1, lane 2, and lane 3), along with a measurement result processing device. Also, the installation, calibration, and commissioning of vehicle identification systems, covering the full cross-section per direction and location (operational/collector-distributor, lane 1, lane 2, and lane 3), and their integration with the measurement result processing device. Furthermore, system-level design (system design, route design) for the aforementioned systems is required. Training for operating and maintenance personnel is planned for a total of 3 sessions: one online operator training (1 session, 2 hours, for 10 people), one on-site technician (maintenance) training (1 session, 6 hours, for 4 people), and one online technician (maintenance) training (1 session, 2 hours, for 4 people). The system must ensure the measurement of weight, size, axle configuration, vehicle identification (license plate and nationality), as well as complex data processing and forwarding of measurement results to user systems. It must perform automatic, regular calibration based on influencing factors such as temperature, equipment aging, and pavement aging to ensure continuously accurate weight measurement. Automatic calibration must include the correction of pre-screening measurement values based on values measured by certified measuring equipment of Magyar Közút NZrt. at their continuously operating official inspection sites. Before technical acceptance, a trial operation of at least 15 days must be conducted with M0 motorway traffic, with all sensors and systems calibrated beforehand. The trial operation is considered successful after 3 consecutive days of error-free and fault-free operation.
