Procurement of Plant Protection Products
Delivery of total herbicides and adhesion promoters: a net base amount of 66,500,000 HUF with a call-off obligation, and a net amount of 28,500,000 HUF without a call-off obligation, totaling a net framework amount of 95,000,000 HUF. Estimated quantities for the entire framework amount, based on previous experience, are approximately 23,000 liters of total herbicide and 250 kg of adhesion promoter. Detailed technical descriptions are included in the procurement documents. The estimated quantities are for pricing and comparability; there is no call-off obligation for these specific quantities. A call-off obligation exists only for the base amount. The utilization of the non-obligatory amount is subject to the general rules for orders specified in the contract. The first order exceeding the base amount is considered a utilization of the non-obligatory amount. The contractor has no claim for compensation if the non-obligatory amount is partially or fully not called off.
