Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase and sale of electrical energy based on full supply contracts for 36 months. The estimated total procurement quantity is 24,342,642 kWh, comprising 6,882,642 kWh for ÉTCS Kft. and 17,460,000 kWh for ÉTV Kft. Érd és Térsége Csatorna-szolgáltató Kft.'s wastewater treatment plant produces heat and electricity from biogas; any surplus electricity is used via the public grid to reduce purchases at other sites. A condition for the sales contract is that the successful bidder or a designated trader must agree to take over the unused electricity from the producer's own consumption circle. ÉTCS Kft. has 96 time-series and profile-type consumption points, and ÉTV Kft. has 73. Bidding phases may cover annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or other periods, further items as per the tender documents.
