Purchase of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
Purchase of Liquefied Petroleum Gas: in bottles (propane-butane) and for tanks (propane and propane-butane) according to the specifications of the Bill of Quantities, including delivery to the location. The delivery must comply with the Law on Flammable Liquids and Gases (NN 108/95, 56/10, 114/22) and regulations for the transport of dangerous goods. LPG tanks are to be filled on-site from the supplier's delivery vehicle (tanker truck), which must be technically equipped for LPG transfer. The driver must possess the necessary documentation for each filling in accordance with the Regulation on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (NN 117/2007). Safety control during tank filling is to be performed by trained personnel of the selected bidder, who directly connect and disconnect the coupling devices and must be continuously present during the filling process. The liability of the contracting parties for the deliveries is governed by the applicable Law on Obligations.
