Procurement of firefighting vehicles: The vehicles are used for firefighting and technical rescue at height, are suitable for transporting two people (1 driver, 1 operator), and can be deployed as independent intervention vehicles for technical rescue tasks, especially for eliminating the consequences of storm damage. New vehicles and new equipment are accepted. A new vehicle has a maximum mileage of 6,000 km and is no older than six months since its first registration; only new parts and sub-assemblies were used during its conversion into a firefighting vehicle. If a usability period is specified by the manufacturer, the manufacturing date of the equipment must not be older than 12 months. The detailed technical description is included in the tender documents. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of 48 months from its effective date, or until the framework amount is exhausted, or until a new framework agreement comes into effect. Delivery of the vehicles to the institution must take place within a maximum of 450 calendar days from the conclusion of the individual contract. Training for 8 driving instructors must be prepared, consisting of 4 theoretical and 4 practical lessons on basic vehicle operation and checks/maintenance to be performed by drivers. During the warranty period, free 24-hour telephone and email support must be provided for reporting warranty-related malfunctions. The contractor must perform fault detection and, if possible, repair of warranty-related defects at the vehicle's service location (mobile service). If a warranty repair cannot be performed on-site, the contractor must arrange for the transport of the vehicle to the repair facility and back to the service location at their own expense. After the warranty period, the contractor must ensure full repair, maintenance, and spare parts supply for the vehicle (roadworthy chassis and superstructure) for at least 10 years from the date of delivery.
