Procurement of machines and equipment for water utility projects: The services include the delivery of various machines and equipment. A CE conformity declaration or equivalent proofs are required for all deliveries, with the proof of equivalence being the bidder's responsibility. A one-hour operational test at the delivery site is planned to check the technical condition and detect hidden defects before commissioning. A one-time theoretical and practical training for 2 persons on the commissioning and use of the equipment, lasting at least 2 hours per person, must be provided within the contract period at a pre-agreed time and location. Fault resolution by a specialized service must commence within 48 hours of fault notification during the warranty period, with this period considering working days. If spare parts are missing, their procurement must be initiated immediately, and the client informed in writing about the start of procurement, the expected duration, and the expected completion of the repair; the lack of spare parts does not affect the 48-hour deadline.
