Operation and Delivery of Assigned Person Transport Services for Dragør and Tårnby

Person transport services for citizens in Dragør and Tårnby Municipalities: municipal transport of citizens with assigned person transport, either as fixed, route-based journeys or as variable journeys. This includes transport of citizens to day care centers and children to school (fixed routes), as well as transport of citizens for rehabilitation and care dental treatment (variable journeys, on-demand or as fixed orders for longer periods). Excluded are taxi transport with fixed routes and transport to institutions outside Dragør and Tårnby Municipalities. The contractor must have administrative and planning resources, vehicles, and drivers from the start of the contract. School transport to Kastrupgårdsskolen begins on October 1, 2026, transport to day care centers, care dental treatment, and rehabilitation no later than December 1, 2026. School transport to Tårnbygårdsskolen and Kirstinehøjskolen begins on October 1, 2027. There will be one winner, with whom each municipality will conclude an individual, identical contract. This is a re-tender of a previously annulled tender (OJEU Reference: 486658-2026, annulled on July 17, 2026).
