Passenger Transport for Municipal Services

Passenger transport for the municipalities of Dragør and Tårnby: Transport of citizens with assigned personal transport, as fixed, route-based or variable journeys. This includes transport to day care centers (fixed routes), school transport for children (fixed routes), transport for rehabilitation (variable, on-demand or as fixed variable orders), and transport for care dental treatment (variable, on-demand). Excluded are taxi transport with fixed routes and transport to institutions outside the municipalities of Dragør and Tårnby. The contractor must have administrative and planning resources, vehicles, and drivers from the start of the contract. The majority of transport is expected to commence from October 1, 2026. One winner will be selected, with whom each municipality will enter into an individual, identical contract based on a formal-relational model, ensuring close cooperation for quality, continuity, operational and supply security, and cost-efficiency.
