Operation and management of the public non-urban passenger transport network Aléop in Sarthe: Contract duration from notification, at the latest from August 30, 2027, until August 29, 2035. Estimated financial volume of the concession: 11,935,062 € net per year, including revenues. Includes revenue collection and cost bearing, establishment of an internal organization (support, operation, maintenance, management, crisis management), implementation of measures to increase ridership (marketing, communication), implementation and improvement of passenger information, organization of human, technical, and financial resources to ensure information system reliability, guarantee and monitoring of optimal service quality, maintenance of provided equipment, provision of other necessary assets such as rolling stock, advising the authority on network improvement, production of activity monitoring information (annual report, dashboards), use of the new regional distribution system, harmonization of regional road tariffs, management and operation of Le Mans bus station, operation of regular and on-demand services (virtual lines) of the entire Aléop interurban network in Sarthe, operation of the TAD/PMR service for persons with reduced mobility (80%+ disability, TPMR72) and the derogative TAD service of Crissé and Rouessé-Vassé including the call center for these services and virtual lines, human resource management and training, coordination with other transport lines (regional/national rail, SETRAM, IllyGo) and between the new TAD feeder service and regular Aléop lines, and passenger information dissemination via various channels.
