Operation and Service of Charging Stations for By & Havn Parking Facilities

Operation and Service of Charging Stations: Takeover, operation, service, support, repair, maintenance, and, if necessary, replacement of charging stations in the parking facilities of Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S. The contract does not include the purchase, planning, establishment, or installation of new charging points/boxes, except for the replacement of defective or worn-out charging boxes. The provider must begin rolling out its operator platform from December 1, 2026, with the full transition of By & Havn's existing charging stations to the provider's platform and operating environment by January 1, 2027. The transition and implementation period runs from December 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, during which existing services are handled by the current supplier, Spirii. From January 1, 2027, the provider assumes full responsibility for the operation, service, support, maintenance, and repair of By & Havn's existing charging stations. By & Havn may also request the provider to take over the operation of new charging stations established by third parties during the contract period. The contract commences upon signature and runs until December 31, 2029, with two extension options of up to 24 months each. The estimated total value for the entire period, including options, is DKK 20 million excl. VAT, based on a total duration of 7 years, including fixed monthly payments for operation and service, replacement of defective charging boxes, takeover of existing charging infrastructure operation, and revenue split per kWh sold.
