Technical Consulting and Support for Urban Development of Multiple City Quarters in Ydre Nordhavn (Nordsøkvarteret): Development of a master plan for a project area of approx. 74 ha with approx. 900,000 sqm of mixed-use construction by 2040, including qualification of the project solution for the local development plan of the first stage (option for second stage) and advisory services during the planning process; development of an infrastructure project for the first stage up to approved project proposal and authority project, with optional subsequent detailed design for tender and execution, and optional specialist supervision during execution. Services include architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering, with a main focus on architecture and landscape architecture, as well as coordination with authorities and project management of all consultant deliveries for local plan and authority approval. Estimated contract value: DKK 15 million (without options), DKK 30 million (with options). Key personnel with competencies in project management, architectural, landscape, and traffic consulting, and experience in implementing sustainability goals are required; further items as per the tender documents.
