Operation and maintenance of the CG ISS (self-government), CG BI (business intelligence), CG DISS (documentary), CG WEB (portal), and CG eMesto (e-office solution) information systems for the City of Trenčín and its organizations. This includes an integration interface according to the agreement between Trenčín and NASES. Services comprise license maintenance for delivered licensed software (LSW) and application software, further development of application software beyond legislative and technological changes (as per contract draft Art. II. 4.3.), hot-line support, project management, technical and methodological support, training, updating the backup and recovery plan for CG products, and security support.
