Operation of special service housing and day activities according to LSS: Includes a group home for 6 users at Ullbergsväg, a service apartment for 11 users at Fredrikstrandsvägen, and day activity centers for 15 users at two locations (Torggatan and Ullbergsväg). Services comprise the operation and development of the facilities, including health and medical care. Group and service housing operate 24/7, year-round, day activities according to specified opening hours. Rents for common areas, offices, and day activity premises are not part of the contract. Estimated volume: approx. 25 million SEK/year. Contract duration: 4 years, estimated start 2028-02-01, with an option for two extensions of 2 years each.
