Laboratory services for ukb: Sample reception, transport, analysis, reporting, and communication of findings for examinations listed in "12a Price Sheet Lot 1". Sample collection and pre-analytics are performed by ukb. For marked parameters, optional service provision in the bidder's laboratory is possible. Service volumes are based on the 2025 scope for culture-based microbiological services, a shorter time interval for neurological antibody tests, and the annual average from 2024 and 2025 for all other laboratory services from Lot 1. Examinations include bacteriology, infection serology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and molecular genetic pathogen detection, including clarification of periprosthetic infections using sonication fluid analysis and diagnostic services for hospital hygiene. Reporting adheres to medical standards and legal regulations, if necessary also on weekends and public holidays, guided by specified response and turn-around times. A microbiological-infectious disease consultation service is also included.
