Operation, Maintenance, Support, and Upgrade of Information Systems for School Registration and Admission

Operation, maintenance, support, and upgrade of information systems for first-grade primary school enrollment and electronic admission applications for model schools, public Onassis schools, model ecclesiastical schools, and experimental schools: Services include operation, maintenance, and technical support (Phase A) for both systems throughout the contract duration, with quarterly service reports (Deliverables P1.1 and P1.2), covering preventive and corrective maintenance, patch management, backup and recovery, operational monitoring, management and optimization of AWS infrastructures, load testing, and enhanced on-call readiness during peak periods, as well as technical support for system administrators. A helpdesk for end-users is not included. Additionally, upgrade and evolutionary maintenance actions (Phase B) are provided, comprising the annual adaptation of the systems to the respective regulatory framework, development of new functionalities, improvement of user experience and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), extension of interoperability, and enhancement of traceability for lottery/results processes, across two (2) annual cycles (Deliverables P2.1, P2.2), with mandatory production release of each annual version before the start of the corresponding application submission period.
