Technical operation management of the Fuchswinkel biogas feed-in plant, including the associated oxygen removal plant: inspection, functional testing, maintenance, and necessary repair of the gas pressure regulation and metering system (including gas quality, quantity, pressure, temperature, dew point, oxygen, and sulfur measurement technology); operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the compressor system (including recooling systems, pipelines, safety devices, cooling water and oil circuits, heating and ventilation technology); visual inspection, functional testing, maintenance, and recurring inspection of the oxygen removal plant (including chiller, cooling water system, control air supply, and associated pressure vessels); maintenance of the compressed air and control air system (including provision of suitable backup supply); inspection and maintenance of electrical systems, automation and process control technology, UPS systems, transformer station, lightning, overvoltage, and potential equalization systems; maintenance and inspection of explosion protection technology, technical ventilation, gas warning system, fire alarm, and other fire protection technology; maintenance of climate, heating, ventilation, remote control, and transmission technology; coordination, preparation, support, and documentation of recurring inspections of pressure vessels and pipeline pressure vessels, and inspections for explosion safety; monitoring of corrosion protection for buried pipelines and the buried liquid gas tank; control and care of the station building, outdoor facilities, access roads, and liquid gas tank area (including winter service); organization and coordination of external specialist and service companies; fault handling with a 30-minute remote access time and a two-hour on-site response time; proper disposal of waste generated during maintenance and repair work; recording and documentation of released methane quantities and implementation of reasonable measures to minimize methane emissions; complete documentation of all inspection, maintenance, and repair measures; quarterly reporting and annual maintenance and budget planning.
