Guarding and patrolling services for a property in Schneeberg: Guarding involves the deployment of at least 2 persons in 24-hour shift operation Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, for monitoring and operating technical systems (EMA, BMA, video system with approx. 40 cameras), alarm response, initiation of initial measures, key management, monitoring pedestrian traffic, telephone service, maintaining a guard book, and access/entry control. Patrolling is carried out by 2 persons in shift operation Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays all day. It includes 5 patrol and control rounds Monday to Friday and 12 rounds on weekends/public holidays at irregular times, including one foot patrol (5 km) of 100 minutes, for checking fences, gate systems, building closures and integrity, monitoring for unauthorized person movement, and initiating initial measures in case of crimes or damage. A control system with 47 checkpoints, expandable by a maximum of 5 points, must be installed. The service covers an area of approx. 230,829 m² with approx. 28 buildings/structures and commences on October 1, 2026.
