Application Training for the Private Sector in Berlin

Application training for the private sector: Preparation for the application process, practical advice on applications, job acquisition, and job interviews. Contents include offer recording, job search, decision-making, use of social media for job acquisition, unsolicited applications, online applications, creation of application documents (including with AI), preparation and follow-up as well as simulation of job interviews (incl. video analysis), Q&A techniques, personal presentation and appearance, important points of employment contracts, familiarization with assessment centers under realistic conditions, and identification of individual strengths and potentials. Participants receive individual, reviewed application documents. Framework agreement for 3 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years; up to 3 call-offs planned per year.
