Electricity balancing and trading service for the consumption points of the Gliwice Energy Cluster members: sale of missing energy volumes from the market and purchase of surplus electricity after balancing production and demand at the specified consumption points. The service is provided for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The contracting authority is Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej – Gliwice Sp. z o.o. on its own behalf and on behalf of the following additional contracting authorities: Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o., Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o., Przedsiębiorstwo Zagospodarowania Odpadów Sp. z o.o., Śląska Sieć Metropolitalna Sp. z o.o., Śląskie Centrum Logistyki S.A., Smart EPC sp. z o.o. (as coordinator of the Gliwice Energy Cluster), and the City of Gliwice for the following entities: Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 2, Zespół Szkół Techniczno-Informatycznych, Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących nr 5, Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 16, Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 6, Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3, Zarząd Dróg Miejskich, Urząd Miejski Wydział Organizacyjny, and Dom Dziecka Nr 1. The procedure is conducted by a purchasing group.
