Medical Imaging Technology (Large Equipment) for Klinikum Memmingen

Modernization of medical imaging technology (large equipment, excluding ultrasound devices) for Klinikum Memmingen as part of a procurement and provision partnership: provision and management of medical technology, support during the approximately one-year relocation phase to the new building (occupancy 2029), management of the construction interface with specialist planner MTP, ensuring continuous clinical operation, consulting services for operational organizational improvement, optimal utilization, and product selection. The equipment park (as of May 2026) includes existing devices for replacement and optionally additional devices. The service is divided into three phases: 1) Start phase until relocation completion 2029: management of all existing devices without replacement of stationary large equipment. 2) Pre-relocation phase 2028 to 2029: development of a relocation concept for the new building, coordination with specialist planner (MTP) one year before occupancy regarding detailed planning and equipment installation timing, ensuring undisturbed clinical routine. 3) Post-relocation phase from 2030 until contract end (possibly with optional extension): disposal, recycling, sale of unused devices in the old building after relocation, followed by routine operation with management, device exchanges, and optional upgrades.
