Education Management Software: Purchase of standard software, creation of a complete system including operational readiness, customizing, integration, and interfaces. After system acceptance, system service comprises restoration and maintenance of operational readiness, delivery of new program versions, and further development, including training and documentation. These services are largely remunerated on a lump-sum basis. Optional services such as migration and other services before and after acceptance are remunerated on a time and material basis. Mandatory A criteria and additional scored B criteria must be met. The minimum contract duration for system service is 84 months; ordinary termination is possible for the first time at the end of the minimum contract duration with a 24-month notice period. The software purchase is permanent.
