10 MW Biomass Combustion Plant for DPM Heating Plant in Koszalin
Construction of a 10 MW biomass combustion plant at the DPM Heating Plant in Koszalin: The investment project includes the design, execution, commissioning, and handover of the complete plant. Stage 1 (design) involves the preparation of project documentation, including bills of quantities for all trades, an investor's cost estimate, a building design for obtaining a building permit, an executive design for all trades (architectural, structural-building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, power engineering, control and measurement equipment, automation, technological installations, telecommunications), technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR), a project for work and traffic organization on the construction site, explosion protection documents, a health and safety plan, and obtaining all necessary permits. Stage 2 (execution) covers construction works, supplies, and services, specifically: a technical building for the biomass boiler house (main building) with a boiler (with pre-furnace or a water-tube boiler with membrane walls, integrated furnace, dry economizer, and technological installations), a fuel feeding system (main and auxiliary biomass storage, moving floor system with 2 sections, building for hydraulic reclaimers, redundant drag chain conveyors with strain gauge scale), a flue gas cleaning system (multicyclone, electrostatic precipitator, chimney), an ash removal and storage system, a heat recovery system from flue gas condensation, a biomass boiler house pumping station (designed for full capacity including wet economizer, connection to the DPM Heating Plant collector), as well as commissioning instructions, operation and maintenance manual for the biomass plant in Polish, a service schedule for buildings, equipment, and technological installation systems, instructions for cooperation with the DPM Heating Plant, operating instructions (with information on factory settings, water pressure, maintenance work, and actions in case of exceeding warning values), operating instructions for equipment and technological installation systems and warranty documents in Polish, fire safety instructions, and other auxiliary installations as per the Functional and Utility Program.
