Bispecific Factor VIII-mimetic Antibody with Deliveries to Hemophilia Treatment Centers and Patient Homes
Delivery of bispecific Factor VIII-mimetic antibody: Ensuring continuity of treatment for 85 hemophilia A patients with inhibitors under the National Program for the Treatment of Hemophilia and Related Bleeding Disorders 2024-2028. The delivery includes 462,000 mg of the active substance for the years 2026-2027 (154,000 mg in 2026 and 308,000 mg in 2027), including administration sets, organization of deliveries to hemophilia treatment centers and patient homes, collection and disposal of single-use equipment and medical waste, electronic documentation of drug consumption, preparation of informational materials and patient training before the first delivery, and provision of medical waste containers. Deliveries to direct recipients are to be made no later than 7 working days, or in exceptional cases 3 days, before the planned delivery date. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure or withdraw from the contract until December 31, 2027, particularly in cases of lack of funding or program changes, without compensation for the contractor.
