Delivery of Factor VIII Concentrate to regional blood centers

Delivery of Factor VIII concentrate (plasma-derived or recombinant) to ensure continuity of treatment for hemophilia A patients, with availability category Rp or Rpz, to the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (RCKiK) designated by the National Blood Center (NCK): total quantity 20,000,000 IU, including an administration set. The purchase volume may be reduced by up to 20% if the budget is exceeded or patient demand changes. This procurement is part of the health policy program 'National Program for the Treatment of Hemophilia Patients and Related Hemorrhagic Diatheses for the years 2024-2028'. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure or withdraw from the contract without compensation if NCK does not receive funding or if the health program is modified or suspended.
