BNB Coordinator services for the renovation of House 11 (buildings G 11-A and G 11-N) at the Max Planck Institute in Göttingen: Gutting, fire protection upgrade, and interior fit-out of building G 11-N (steel skeleton construction, 1970s) for office use, communication areas, and a library; asbestos remediation; energetic optimization of the facade and roof of G 11-N. Energetic upgrade of the facade of building G 11-A (double-shell masonry construction, 1950s) and visual harmonization with G 11-N; renovation and conversion of a former caretaker's apartment in the basement of G 11-A for office use. Re-establishment of the internal connection between both buildings. The services include the scope of BNB Coordinator as per Annex A1 of the draft contract, plus special services; a detailed service description is provided in Annex 04.
