BNB and Sustainability Coordination for Properties of the State of Berlin

Establishment of a bidder pool for BNB and sustainability coordination: This bidder pool will be used for future tenders for services related to the coordination and technical support of BNB certifications across all project phases, including defining sustainability goals, managing evidence, BNB assessment, and technical support for planning, tendering, and construction. Additionally, sustainability coordination includes sustainable project support focusing on circular economy, resource conservation, and ecological optimization, Re-Use and material strategies (stock analysis, assessment of reuse potentials, development of circular construction methods, material catalogs, building resource passports), as well as life cycle assessment (variant comparison, CO2 savings, life cycle costs, environmental impacts). A third category combines both service profiles. The services concern over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin, including administrative buildings, refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire facilities, schools, and judicial buildings. For certain assignments, a security and/or reliability check of personnel may be required.
