Floor laying works: Term contract works for regularly recurring maintenance on municipal properties (schools, daycare centers, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, sports facilities) in the urban area of Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the districts of Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Services are based on the Standard Service Specifications for Construction (STLB-BauZ 665 as of July 23). Estimated contract volumes are based on past experience and may vary significantly; there is no entitlement to commissioning. Contract term from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an annual extension option unless terminated six months prior to expiration. Maximum total term until December 31, 2029.
