Painting and Wallpapering for Municipal Properties

Painting and wallpapering as framework agreement work for regularly recurring maintenance on municipal properties in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the districts of Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Services are based on the Standard Service Catalogs for Construction. The contract duration for the framework agreement is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an annual extension option unless terminated six months prior to expiration. The maximum total duration is limited until December 31, 2029. The properties include schools, daycare centers, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, and sports facilities.
