Soil-scientific construction supervision for reactivation of Kriegsfeld Ammunition Depot

Soil-scientific construction supervision (BBB) according to § 4 Abs. 5 BBodSchV and DIN 19639: The measure includes compensatory and replacement measures for nature and forest law interventions. This involves the afforestation of 23 ha of arable land and grassland over 4 years (each in spring and autumn, starting spring 2027) in the "Pferdsfeld" property area, as well as demolition and afforestation of 6 ha over 3 years (starting mid-2031) in the "North Point" ammunition depot Kriegsfeld property area. Furthermore, construction measures for the reactivation of the Kriegsfeld ammunition depot are included: preliminary measures from December 2026 to approximately July 2027, comprising preparatory demolition, earthworks, and infrastructure work (building demolition, terrain modeling, creation of construction site facilities, pipeline laying) with earthworks of approximately 140,000 m³. The main measure runs from July 2027 to approximately March 2031, including earthworks of approximately 1,000,000 m³ and the operation of an earth mass logistics area. For execution, no employees from states with special security risks according to § 13 Abs. 1 Nr. 17 SÜG may be deployed; a security clearance of type Ü2 is required for subsequent inspections.
