Installation of a fire alarm system according to DIN 14675 and DIN VDE 0833: Use of non-automatic and automatic detectors in fire compartments, internal alarming in all rooms of the building, connection to the Braunschweig fire department control center. Installation of a main control panel and a sub-control panel, networked via fiber optic cable (LWL). Equipment includes 2x fire alarm control panels, 1x Fire Brigade Information and Control System (FIBS), 150x multi-sensor detectors, 25x manual call points, 2x smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (RAS), 87x acoustic sounders, 15x optical-acoustic sounders. Maintenance for hazard detection systems according to AMEV (new installation in conjunction with construction contract), duration 4 years.
