Heating and cooling systems: Installation of 2 chillers (1 turbocompressor, 1 compact chiller installed outdoors), 1 recooler, 1 heat pump, 1 district heating transfer station; central components such as pumps, 3 storage tanks, 2 distributors, heat exchangers, valves; distribution via approx. 7,500 m of heating and cooling networks (up to DN 100) including insulation, approx. 1,700 m² underfloor heating, approx. 210 m² heating-cooling ceiling, and approx. 80 recirculating air convectors. Also included are maintenance and inspection for the new system for 4 years, and a supplementary contract for fault rectification.
