Fire protection planning: Division of an existing fire protection concept for areas HO and HU into two independent concepts, one for U-Bahn station Hauptbahnhof Oben (HO) and one for U-Bahn station Hauptbahnhof Unten (HU), according to the sample fire protection concept of the Mobility Fire Protection Department MU. A comprehensive existing fire protection concept HOHU from 2022 is available. A fire simulation report serves as the basis for evaluating the necessity of a smoke extraction system at U-Bahn station HO. Protection goals include self-rescue, external rescue, effective firefighting measures, property protection, protection against business interruption, environmental protection, and image protection. U-Bahn station HO is classified as hazard level 5, a critical underground interchange station. The existing concept covered fire protection properties of the existing U-Bahn station HO structure and requirements for structural, organizational, and defensive fire protection.

Fire protection planning services according to AHO publication series 17 for the renewal of the roofing of the Olympiazentrum station in Munich. The measure includes the creation and construction-accompanying updating of the fire protection concept as well as the fire protection technical support of the planning and execution for the renovation of the roofing, the operating rooms, kiosks and associated technical facilities. The listed roof structure has an area of approx. 2,400 m² and consists of a hollow box system in timber construction on a steel structure with over 50 columns and beams. The processing is carried out in stages in service phases 1 to 9.
