Bridge demolition and new construction for the K36 Heerstraße overpass on the A45: Demolition of the existing structure from 1971, subsequent new construction, accompanying earthworks and road construction, and development of the construction site and the new structure for bridge maintenance. Main services include approx. 1,350 m³ steel and prestressed concrete demolition of the existing structure, approx. 650 m² removal of asphalt pavement from the superstructure, approx. 210 m removal of railings, approx. 750 m dismantling of protective barriers, approx. 3,250 m³ excavation for foundations, approx. 870 m² installation of shotcrete nailing, approx. 1,850 m³ steel and prestressed concrete for the new bridge construction, approx. 310 t reinforcing steel, approx. 30 t prestressing steel (internal), approx. 3,500 m³ installation of earth material (structure backfill or pit backfill), approx. 625 m² superstructure waterproofing, approx. 625 m² mastic asphalt protective layer, approx. 625 m² rolled asphalt wearing course, approx. 10 units elastomer bearings, approx. 24 m expansion joints, approx. 212 m installation of railings, approx. 95 m longitudinal drainage pipe, and approx. 95 m wastewater pipe.
