Construction of a grade-separated two-level intersection between Justynów and Janówka

Design and construction of a grade-separated two-level intersection between Justynów and Janówka: Preparation of complete project documentation and execution of construction works under a "design and build" system for a grade-separated intersection with railway lines No. 17 (Łódź Fabryczna – Koluszki) and No. 25 (Łódź Kaliska – Dębica) in the form of a road viaduct over PKP tracks along the newly designed ul. Główna, and a tunnel for pedestrians and cyclists along the existing ul. Główna; liquidation of the existing level crossing category A No. 017 016 046 located at km 16+046 of railway line No. 17 and at km 21+056 of railway line No. 25, including associated infrastructure and adaptation of the railway traffic control system; reconstruction of existing platforms at Justynów station and provision of access from the planned tunnel to the platforms via stairs and ramps; expansion and reconstruction of the adjacent road system (ul. Główna, ul. Lokatorska, ul. Graniczna, ul. Rumiankowa) including the construction of sidewalks, parking spaces, and road lighting; demolition, construction, and/or reconstruction of conflicting underground and above-ground utility networks (electrical, telecommunications, traction, gas, water, sewage networks); construction of technological ducts; construction of drainage for the planned road system (including a power generator for the water pumping station), engineering structures, platforms, and track systems; removal of trees and shrubs conflicting with the investment and execution of compensatory plantings; obtaining all necessary administrative decisions on behalf of the contracting authority, particularly the decision on permission for road investment implementation (ZRID), environmental decisions, water permits, and other legally required approvals, agreements, and opinions; further items as per the tender documents.
