Construction of a sports hall in Leszno: Building a sports hall with facilities, landscaping, and infrastructure including an underground fire-fighting tank, a retention tank, photovoltaic panels, and monitoring. This also covers the construction of an external equipment storage building and the partial demolition of a primary school building to connect the school with the hall via a glazed connector at ground level. The ground floor features a multifunctional gym, divisible into 3 sectors using fire-retardant curtains, a climbing wall on the east side, communication corridors with staircases, utility and technical rooms, sanitary facilities, storage rooms, washrooms, changing rooms, an office, trainer rooms, a reception with monitoring, and spectator changing rooms. The first floor includes communication corridors with staircases, utility rooms, sanitary facilities, a conference room with a social area, a staff room, a trainer room, a judo/karate room with equipment (mats, fall/throw absorbing mattresses), a ballet room with mirrors and barres, grandstands with 195 seats, and rooms/offices located behind the grandstands. An elevator connects the ground and first floors, in addition to two staircases. Furnishing of the sports hall, exercise rooms, and other rooms is included.
