Business Notebooks in two lots (display sizes)

Delivery of 800 new business notebooks: including Microsoft Windows 11 Pro license, documentation, and 60 months on-site service; devices to be used as standardized workstations in the client's administrative environment, integrable without replacing existing infrastructure; delivery of the base quantity within 12 weeks of order placement, partial deliveries in two to a maximum of four approximately equal parts possible; award criteria: price (95%), delivery flexibility (5%); option to call off up to 600 additional devices within twelve months after acceptance of the base quantity, split into up to 500 units of 16-inch class and up to 100 units of 14-inch class; option prices are fixed for the duration of the option period; further details on minimum technical requirements, warranty, and service as per the statement of work.
