CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) for the Properties of Wetteraukreis
Implementation of a cloud-based CAFM SaaS solution: including usage rights, provisioning, hosting, and operation for digital support of all relevant Facility Management processes and for improving the management of Wetteraukreis properties. The software solution will be provided in German and through German communication. It must adhere to the standard processes of the GEFMA guidelines; the business capabilities to be mapped must comply with GEFMA guidelines, and the process models should align with GEFMA standards for roles, responsibilities, and operator duties. GEFMA 444 certification is a mandatory prerequisite. Configuration will be based on the application's existing GEFMA standard processes; individual special processes are only to be implemented where technically essential and without impairing update capability.
