Standard Software with Licenses, Update Rights, and Subscriptions

Supply of standard software with licenses, update rights, and subscriptions: The contract comprises a basic scope and an option right. The basic scope includes the delivery and activation of subscriptions with a total duration of 36 months; the first subscription period begins on November 1, 2026, or on the first day of the calendar month following contract signing if it occurs later. The option right covers additional product deliveries in the first and second subscription periods. Equivalent products are permissible, with equivalence criteria detailed in the tender documents (OPZ). Bidders must prove equivalence and submit a sample of the equivalent product (temporary licenses/subscriptions) with their offer for verification. Verification of equivalence will be conducted through tests in a production environment using existing systems, peripheral devices, customer data, and Active Directory integration. Bidders must hold Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) status in Poland or be an official distributor of the manufacturer for equivalent products. Products and ICT services must comply with the requirements of the National Cybersecurity System Act.
