Catering Operation of the Canteen and Kiosk at Schloss Hansenberg Boarding School: Full catering for predominantly 14-19 year old students, including active involvement of students in food preparation during "Lernlaborszeit", interaction and exchange between canteen staff and students, and consideration of special meal requests and theme weeks. The premises of the canteen and kiosk are to be occupied from January 3, 2027, with the first meal (dinner) to be provided on January 12, 2027. The contract begins on January 3, 2027, runs until December 30, 2029, with extension options for half calendar years up to a maximum total of 5 calendar years.
