Catering Services for Educational Institutions

Catering services: Provision of food support, typically a warm meal, for pre-schoolers, preschoolers, and students in state pre-university educational institutions. Food is served in a dedicated space provided by the contracting authority, adhering to hygiene standards. Warm meals must be served within a maximum of 60 minutes of delivery; otherwise, food must be stored in suitable, temperature-controlled facilities until serving. In exceptional cases where warm meals cannot be served, a food package will be provided and stored under appropriate conditions. Adequate storage spaces include rooms, boxes, cold rooms, or mobile isothermal systems (e.g., insulated boxes, active cooling display cases) ensuring temperature maintenance according to current sanitary-veterinary regulations. Upon a reasoned written request from parents/legal guardians, supported by a document (or self-declaration for cultural/religious reasons), children/students with medical, cultural, or religious dietary restrictions will receive alternative food products within the daily value provided.
