City trailers for the collection of returnable packaging
City trailers: Delivery of seven new City trailers to replace existing solutions, comprising four 33-pallet City trailers and three 27-pallet City trailers. The trailers are for collecting returnable beverage packaging from retail stores and other return points across Denmark. They are pulled by semi-trailer tractors and are intended for picking up full and delivering empty load carriers. Each City trailer must include a chassis, a cargo box, a top flap, and a lift, along with other necessary equipment, including solutions supporting the daily pickup and exchange of load carriers. An electric stacker is carried within the City trailer. The City trailers operate nearly 300 days per year and at least 12 hours per day. An option for the purchase of two additional 33-pallet City trailers is included. Further details are as per the tender documents.
