Roofing work for an elevator: approx. 20 m² roof area sweeping and priming, 20 m² vapor barrier, 13 m² vapor barrier for eaves and connection area, 18 m edge planks, 18 m² tapered insulation, 20 m² roof waterproofing with EPDM membrane, 18 m connection membrane for eaves and lean-to ridge, 20 m² fleece and gravel ballast, 1 unit elevator shaft ventilation, 13 m gutter lining, 12 m downpipe, 10 units new lightning protection. Execution period from 07.12.2026 to 23.04.2027, weather-dependent. Award criterion is the lowest price. Qualification requirements include turnover for the last three financial years, comparable services over the last five years, average number of employees over the last three years, entry in the professional register, no insolvency/liquidation, no serious misconduct, proper payment of taxes/duties/social security contributions, registration with the professional association.
