Roofing, roof sealing, and plumbing works: Time-based contract for regularly recurring maintenance on municipal properties in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the districts of Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Services include work on schools, kindergartens, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, and sports facilities. The standard performance books for construction (STLB-BauZ 638 as of July 2025, 639 as of July 2024) serve as the bill of quantities. The time-based contract runs from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with an annual extension option until a maximum of 31.12.2029.
