Roofing and plumbing works for new day-care center building in Trebbin

Roofing and plumbing works for a day-care center building: Cleaning of approx. 1,270 m² horizontal concrete slab substrate, primer, and bitumen membrane waterproofing. Roof construction of the day-care center building includes approx. 1,490 m² double standing seam roofing made of TitanZink (DN >6°), approx. 1,490 m² waterproof, diffusion-open underlayment, approx. 460 pcs. roof breaks with crimp fold, approx. 230 m eaves formation for double standing seam roofing, approx. 230 m perforated sheet profiles, approx. 230 m eaves box cladding made of TitanZink, approx. 230 m eaves box cladding made of TitanZink, approx. 150 m ventilated ridge for standing seam roof made of TitanZink, approx. 11 m ridge with standing incoming seams, approx. 80 m² parapet cladding (angular standing seam, TitanZink), 3 pcs. flat roof windows (electric basic element, double glazing), 1 pc. RWA control system, 3 pcs. awnings for flat roof windows (white, solar), 1 pc. roof exit/entry for skylight, 1 pc. VMR light band (complete system 5 modules, 5.250 x 1.250 m), and 1 pc. VMR light band (complete system 3 modules, 3.250 x 1.250 m). Plumbing works involve approx. 230 m suspended half-round gutter, 24 pcs. simple, round downpipe bends, approx. 72 m circular downpipe, 12 pcs. rain standpipes with cleaning opening, approx. 90 m snow guard (double rod system), approx. 120 m snow guard (single rod system), approx. 230 m leaf protection for gutter, approx. 50 m continuous rail safety system, and approx. 23 m maintenance path 250 mm. For the KatS-Leuchtturm roof construction, approx. 130 m² cold self-adhesive vapor barrier (first layer of waterproofing) and approx. 130 m² fully welded top layer of waterproofing are specified.
