Debit Card 2026-2
Services for the operation, provision, and further development of physical and optionally virtual debit cards for approx. 4,000 beneficiaries, including a web application, online portal, and app, as well as operational services and support. The overall system includes the provision and operation of physical and virtual debit cards (Consumer Debitcards) for approx. 4,000 card users with associated payment infrastructure and nationwide shipping of individual card packages. A web application for card management for employees of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and joint institutions (gE) via browser will be set up and provided, including operational services and support. An online portal and an app (iOS and Android) for card users for balance inquiries and use of other functions, optionally also for virtual debit cards, will be provided, each including operational services and support. Other non-optional services include qualification and qualification material for BA and gE employees. Optional services include a service contingent. A maximum quantity of 4,800 debit cards is set for price position 1.3.
