Pavement rehabilitation and repair of road damage for state roads in Nordhausen district – Framework agreement 2026/2027
Framework agreement for the repair of road damage and sectional pavement rehabilitation on state roads in the Nordhausen district: The agreement, in accordance with § 4a EU VOB/A, will be concluded with one company. The basic term is from 09.11.2026 to 31.12.2027. During this period, up to five individual measures on spatially delimited road sections are planned, of which at least three individual orders are known for calculation: L 3080 Nordhausen - Bielen, L 3080 Bielen - AS Heringen, L 3080 AS Heringen - Urbach. The rehabilitation includes the construction of new bituminous pavement structures, ranging from the renewal of individual asphalt layers to the complete renewal of the superstructure (base, binder, and wearing course). Breaking and milling depths are between 4 cm and approx. 25 cm. A contract extension provides for at least 1 and a maximum of 3 individual measures per extension year. The quantities in the bill of quantities are non-binding estimated quantities.
