Construction of weirs and weirs with culverts in the Forest Districts Bukowo, Dąbrówka, Bierdzany, Kadłub Turawski, Rzędów under a design-and-build contract: The project comprises two main stages. Stage 1 (Design and Decision-making works): Development of a preliminary Programmatic-Spatial Concept with written client acceptance, creation of complete Project Documentation (including construction and executive design) based on PFU, preparation of reports, and submission of applications for environmental decisions (if required), water permits, and building permits or work notifications on behalf of the client; obtaining all necessary, legally binding, and final decisions and permits (including water permit and building permit/effective notification) from relevant public administration bodies, enabling legal commencement of works. Stage 2 (Construction works): Execution of all construction and earthworks based on client-approved Project Documentation, in accordance with PFU, building law, water law, and nature protection requirements; handover of a complete, fully functional hydrotechnical object to the client; handover of the final and legally binding occupancy permit/confirmation of notification by the contractor to the client, issued by the relevant administrative body.
